Upside of my Rollercoaster.

Recently, things haven't been going the way I've hoped, or wanted, or dreamed of. I've realized that things don't always go your way and "Life is a Rollercoaster" - It has its "ups and downs." I'm experiencing the downside of my rollercoaster, and I'm okay with that. Someone close to me was at her weakest a couple of months ago and I told her that the only way things can go now, is up. I told her to be patient, because things will start going her way soon. Her rollercoaster has just fallen down a steep hill and it was on its way to climbing up. And guess what, it has been. I'm so happy for her. I'm excited for everyone who's going to prom, for everyone that has someone to greet them "Good Morning," for everyone that's graduating in this class of 2009, for everyone that seems to be having everything going their way. Changes happen extremely fast, and I guess I was just oblivious to this one. My optimism allows me to see all the good that's happening in my life. The only way things can go now, is up. I can feel the upside of my rollercoaster coming soon - and I'll update when it does.

Yesterday, I got my '09 Tassel and Keychain in the mail. Surreal to finally have one of my own after seeing them hang from rear-view mirrors of others in the past.

My week from May 11th - May 15th was pretty chill. CST Testing for all the underclassmen. (: So Seniors get to have "fun-days" and Senior Assemblies. Unfortunately, we were all locked in the gym, but free food and a bonus pancake breakfast on Friday! Wii games, American Idol, Senior Talent Show, Magician, Guest Speakers, presentations and court cases, DJ, etc. Carla and I chilled and took pictures most of the time. Camera-whores, let me tell you! Wednesday, May 13th was Kaylee's last softball game against Bolsa. I watched it with Steven and paparazzi-ed Kaylee. Too fun, and she made a triple! What a bummerrrrr, she could have gotten a home run! But I was so proud, finally cheered, and annoyed a couple of Bolsa fans. Kaylee was starving so we ate at the Crawfish House - happy hour! More laughs and pictures. Target was the most fun. ♥ We're weirdos who sniff candles, read greeting cards, walk all around the store attempting to play Hide and Seek, and walk out empty handed. So that was the highlight of my week.

Friday, May 15th, 2009: Hung out with Tina for a little before heading off to the Block because Linda Duong needed to perform for her Choir Concert in front of AMC and Tina wanted new sunglasses because Andy Tran's a jockeR! So we grab some Twin Dragon and snacked during the show. Linda was spotlight man! So many dancing-solo-ish things. (: and that had to be the longest medley I've ever heard in my life. Disney songs too! Chill day for the most part. Andy and Johnny come over to hookah and I knock out during Mr. Deeds. I haven't stayed awake for a whole movie in so long. I haven't been to the movie theater in forever too. I guess I just don't prefer it anymore because you sit and stare at a screen; there's no room to socialize! Unless it's a comedy and "You make fun of the movie while you watch it!" (x heheh It doesn't count as a date by-the-way. At least not to me. Dinner and a movie sounds like a bust, but traditional I guess?

Saturday, May 16th, 2009: Kaylee and I go watch Steven's Basketball Game at Bolsa Grande. Kaylee's turn to paparazzi him! Too funny, but very frustrating game to watch. La Quinta played Pacifica so I didn't know who to cheer for. It's hard to cheer for a team that's losing. Yay Pacifica! After LQ loses, we three go to Brodard Chateau for another dine out with more laughs. I drop Kaylee off at home to rest up before the night. In the meantime, I kick it with Andy, Tam, and Patrick. We go to Ryan's 17th Birthday Bonfire. 60 pounds of korean barbecue and the guys play football. Tam's one funny guy man! Embarassing at times, but worth having around. After trying to figure out if NK should throw a party or GO to a party, we all meet up at Tastea and head off to a party in Garden Grove right down the street from my house. $1 for drinks - beer? $4 for guys, girls free, music wasn't half as loud as NK does it, raided at 10:30. -.- wack. So we all kick it at my house. I had no idea so many heads were coming, but it was too funnn. Dramatic people make it even more entertaining. Heheh (x &Surround-sound comes into good use man.
