The stage is definitely a second home to me. I love performing - it's just what I do and have been doing since the second grade at Webber Elementary School Variety Show singing and dancing to Britney Spears' Baby One More Time with my best friends. HAHAHA ♥ goodtimes. In high school, I decided to pursue Show Choir first and foremost. We hold concerts, we compete all around California, and we Christmas Carol at Community centers, senior homes, and especially Casa Theresa, a home for financially unstable pregnant women and/or their babies, every year. That was one of my favorite things to do throughout high school with Vocal Ensemble - an all women's group. Encore is a mixed group at Pacifica and that's the group I'm apart of this year and last year. Maybe it's the fact that I'm in the oldest class of the school and everyone's younger than us, aka annoying, immature, and weird underclassmen, that I haven't been enjoying Encore this year as much as last year and sophomore year in Vocal. Last Thursday, May 20th, 2009 was my 4th and final Variety Show at Pacifica High School - which marks the end of our choir experience every year besides banquet. It was a complete disaster (the new choreography and music we learned) but I still had so much fun on that stage at Don Wash Auditorium, surprisingly. I can't believe it's over and I kinda wished that it would have been better this year. It was alright, but nothing compared to previous years. I'll definitely miss high school, but I guess choir this year just makes it that much easier to say goodbye to.

My Memorial Day weekend Friday, May 22nd - Monday, May 25th, 2009:

This has probably been one of the most overall incredible weekends I’ve had this month. Four-day-weekend and it was so worth it. I got to see and hang out with everyone and I literally mean - everyone: Tina Ly, Kaylee Dinh, Carla Gonzalez, Nocturnal Kingdom: Andy Tran, Scott Ly, Linda Duong, Tin Ngo, Sammy Nguyen, Johnny Le, Sonic Tam Nguyen, Charlene, CTV, JLe, Tony, Eric, Patrick, Kenny, Chris, etc. and them West Covina boys: Michael Cabico, Claude Arce, Lennard Evangelista, Rene De Leon, Chris Nguyen, Santos, etc. I took lots of pictures, I took a break on Monday, Memorial Day, and little breaks in between my weekend. Cops raided the party, &owner of the house got all paranoid so he kicked everyone out. NK stayed and kicked it at the house for a bit - but Carla and I wanted to meet up with them West Covina boys that we haven't seen in ages. So, Los Alamitos we go! A Fraternity party for Mu Delta Theta from Cal State Fullerton. (: We got there laaaate so party was pretty much mellow by then, but it was worth seeing those guys again. Sunday Night: Aw, cutest surprise ever. Scott and Linda's One Year Anniversary. It feels like they've been together for 4 years. No joke. I was there the first time he asked her to be his girlfriend.
